Sheila's Carolina Kitchen is a family run restaurant located in the KOA main building in Waves, NC. Sheila is a long time restaurateur on the island. She owned and managed the Down Under Restaurant alongside Skip Skiperdene until 1999. In 2005 she began managing Matt and Jodie Kamins' Atlantic Coast Café. In between she owned and operated a bed and breakfast in Waves. Now with the opening of her very own place the whole family is behind the counter. At any time of day either Greg, Morgan, Brock, or Sheila herself will be here and happy to serve you up a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
