We are Mama's y Papa's Taqueria and we are looking to excite Eastern NC with a Mexican food flavor mixed with a Soul-thern taste. We understand food trucks exist but are not popular in our area. Well we are here to try to change that culture. Our dishes one that will make you a firm believer in Mexican foods. Also we see places like Mi Cabana and others are committing highway robbery with their Americanized versions , well this here is authentic. Straight from the Southwestern region of Texas, New Mexico and Mexico. From the fresh picked hatch green chili to the best avocados for guacamole. This month we are looking to participate in a couple food vending events in Williamston but are looking to set up for daily operations in the Greenville area. Also we offer catering to those we conducting private functions. We promise our dishes are nothing like ever had before and our signature Tacone and Green Chile Mac N Cheese will have you calling us again for more.
