Event Details
Cooking dishes from scratch can be fun, cost effective and healthy! Cooperative Extension’s Homemade Series will offer participants the opportunity to get hands-on training on how to make a variety of homemade items using simple ingredients and techniques.
We will make a delicious Italian Biscotti or twice-baked Italian cookie using a variety of ingredients. We will learn the basic preparation technique for making this crunchy, firm, perfectly “dunkable” cookie and discuss some fun facts about the history of biscotti.
