Welcome to Vibin' in Peace 2nd Annual Roots Reggae & Culture Fest at Buckhorn Veterans Park.
In celebration of Reggae, Caribbean Roots and Culture community, this festival brings together authentic like-minded beings. This is a safe, care-free, walk-around, outdoor, and camping event catered to the culture in our community. It is held at a beautiful place where you can practice healing, breathe in good vibes, and enjoy a weekend full of heavy positive energy. Peace, Love and Unity!!
Considering that the Caribbean is largely a Diaspora of Africa, when we say "Caribbean Celebration", these festivals are not only universal to every global culture, but they are truly PAN AFRICAN in nature, especially ROOTZ REGGAE.
As a Prophecy, this Pan African Gathering started in the 'Isles of the Sea' even before the time of Bob Marley, Marcus Garvey and Rastafari, and this has ALWAYS been the case. Thru the global movement of Reggae music, the few authentic Reggae Radio shows that carry it, the vendors at the festivals, the visual artists, dub poets and even authors, you get the global story of 'Afurakan' people in the America's, The Islands, and also the African Continent presented as ONE STORY :) THIS IS WHY WE CALL IT ROOTS MUSIC. Without the ROOTS, there's no Fruits!

Buckhorn Veterans Park provides entertainment to RV and horse enthusiasts, fisherman, hikers, and picnickers. Nestled along a beautiful 26-mile horse trail; while you ride, we provide trailer security, RV electrical hook-ups, RV parking, and entertainment beneath a state of the art gazebo. Affordable accommodations will be furnished in a premiere setting, combined with friendly and enthusiastic service revolving around respect and dignity to everyone.
